Y6 Football Tournament
On Friday 9th February, the Y6 boys visited Manchester City to play in a tournament. They absolutely smashed it and will be going again next Friday to play in the knock-out round. Good luck to all of them and well done for representing Oak Tree in such a fantastic way.
KS2 Stockport County Visit
On Tuesday 30th January, KS2 enjoyed participating in a healthy lifestyle assembly presented by Stockport County. Stuart and Andy with their star player Darren Stephenson. As well as giving the whole school free tickets to go and watch a match, they also reminded us about drinking lots of water, eating healthily and wearing helmets when we ride our bikes.
Thanks guys - we had a great time and those who can visit will enjoy watching the match.
World Book Day 2nd March 2017

Year 5 and 6 Parliament Education Service
In December, Year 5 and 6 enjoyed participating in a Parliamentry education workshop. We covered aspects such as British Law, democracy and how laws are made. It was very informative and great fun. I think that we have a few budding politicians amongst us! You can see more in the Year 5 Gallery section.
Choir at Dutton Court
On Friday 16th December our KS2 Choir, led by Mrs Thompson, entertained the residents of Dutton Court.
Anti-Bullying Week 2016
The week of 14th - 18th November sees Oak Tree children participating in Anti-Bullying activities and discussions. Scroll down to see some fantastic comic strips.
On Friday 15th July, children from Oak Tree Primary School took part in a baton relay with other children from schools in Cheadle Hulme. We really enjoyed cheering on our friends as they took the baton and headed for the next school on the route: Meadowbank Primary. Well done to everyone involved!

On Friday 13th May, Oak Tree oganised a hugely successful Superhero Day! In total, we raised £1,012 through donations, the coffee morning, and the after-school cake sale.
