At the end of each unit, children are assessed against the knowledge and skills taught in that unit on PE Passport. Our Sports Coaches assess the children for the areas of the curriculum that they teach each half-term, and the class teacher assesses the children for the areas of the curriculum that they teach each half-term.

• Gold - Working above age related expectations
• Silver - Working at age related expectations
• Bronze - Working below age related expectations

At the end of the year, teachers use an average of these levels to decide on an overall level for the child. This is shared with parents in the end of year report.
