Stockport Inclusion Team are a team of highly qualified and experienced teachers who support children and young people with complex needs, they work in close partnership with school staff.

• This Team provide specialist support and advice to school staff - This may be through observation, consultation or modelling best practice to staff in the classroom.            
• Work with the multi- agency teams within the Local Authority to support pupils.    
• Support the parents and carers of this group of pupils
• Deliver training to school staff throughout the local Authority.

Working alongside school staff and leaders the Service aims to ensure that these children receive the appropriate support which will enable them to achieve their full potential in their future lives.
