My name is Jo Fyans. I worked for many years as a classroom teacher and I now have the role of Pastoral Lead Teacher here at Oak tree. I support children, parents and staff in a number of ways including well-being, behaviour issues, anxiety and issues which may be arising at home. I work closely with the Lead teacher for Inclusion, for example delivering the 'Parenting Anxious Children' course. I also work with many outside agencies, so can often help with referrals if further support is needed.

At Oak Tree we endeavour to support our school community in whatever way we can to ensure that everyone achieves their full potential; my role is in place to assist with this.
