School Leaders:  At Oak Tree Primary School we aim to give our children many opportunities to lead and support others as well as develop into confident and articulate members of our community.

Within classes this may mean being a monitor, passing messages to the school office, caring for new children who join our school etc thus giving children a real sense of responsibility.

In addition we also give our KS2 children the opportunity to take on more formal leadership roles within school, such as in School Council, becoming a Sports Ambassador, an Inclusion 

Ambassador or training to become a play leader.
