Welcome to the Year 5 Class page! 

Who will you meet?

There are three Year 5 classes and these are taught by Mrs Irwin (5LI), Mr Logan (5AL) and Mrs Douglas (5LD). 

The adults who support Year 5 are Mrs Durbin, Mrs Hall and Mrs Hall.

Key Information:

PE will be on a Tuesday (taught by the teachers) and Thursday (taught by Sports Coaches). On PE days, Year 5 children come to school in their PE kits, which they stay in all day.

*January until April Year 5 children will be swimming on Tuesdays. This will replace the Tuesday PE lesson.

Children in Year 5 can join the 100 book challenge, if they wish. These books are changed on a Friday.

Spellings are worked on throughout the week. They are sent home on a Friday and tested on the following Friday.

Demon tables are every Wednesday.
